Bad payer

I'm very confused I'm given the number of Comwezi Security. Only to find this company answers the phone. Command Security Services SA (Pty) Ltd when asked to speak to the owner Mr Monsoon (spelling is incorrect) he apparently only works Friday afternoons! So I can call between 3 and 5 seriously! Comwezi security has owed us money for over a year and keeps passing the buck when confronted to pay. Something is not right here be careful
