Who not to build with

<p>I had bad service from this builder. He charges R2000/day and doesn't even stay to supervise plus R400/builder and R400/day for his bakkie. He dragged it out as he was charging per week. I found 1 builder sleeping and 1 reading out of lunch/ tea breaks and on mentioning it, got told I was demoralising them. When I asked him to leave my property he had already told me he was finishing that week. He still had so much to do. We still paid for all building materials. He charged us for tools that he re-uses. 1 week later, water damage, cracked walls and I've been told there'll be more cracks where they bricked up so badly. The windowsills don't line up and the ceiling is skew ( to save costs??) I have pictures of his standard of work to show. </p>
