I received a text from bank that there is a debit order mandate approved from this company of R129, I do not even have a clue what they deal with. I left my phone at home when going to work on a 12 hour shift only to come back with an approved debit order. The ref it's ON AIR OA***2-2. I suspect the ON AIR company which in 2024 offered me a promotion from dstv only to find out it was a lie and it got canceled, that's where I susoect they got my information. This thing yeses with credit score because it seems like I took a contract of which I did not. I honestly don't even know what I will be paying for. Thus is not safe at all, how do they even get the mandate to be approved automatically. They are real *****sters

Unauthorised/Cancelled Debit Order Mandate
They called me and sold me a DSTV Streama, I informed the sales agent that I did not have a DSTV subscription, she said that I did not need one. I received the device but when I attempted to connect it, low and behold, it needed for me to have a subscription so I called them and requested a cancellation of the order as it was whithin 5 days. They said that they needed to conduct an investigation first to establish that the agent misrepresented the product, which they did and it was confirmed via the recording that the agent **** to me. They subsequently collected the device and proceeded to debit my bank account, I have emailed and called them on numerous occassions to cancel the Debicheck mandate, I suspended the mandate on my FNB account but the debit order still went through...WHY ARE THEY DEBITING MY ACCOUNT?

Increased my Vodacom debit order without my knowledge
These *****sters needs to be sued. Their call centre calls people claiming to be Vodacom and lie about reducing payments. They enforce unauthorized debit orders. They need to be closed down & sued for their *****ulent activities on unsuspecting people's accounts. They do not even have a website, very *****
