Comfyzak - what a disappointment

I ordered and paid for 2 x 160cm Comfyzaks on their website on 24 June 2021. I received an email stating that the ship delivering the corduroy fabric they use, will only arrive in South Africa on 15 July 2021, and that I should receive my products within 7 days after that. Shortly therafter I received another email stating that the ship will now only arrive on 29 July 2021, and once again that I will receive my products within 7 days after that. Then I received a further email bla bla bla - more of the same promises.

It is exactly 47 days now and I am yet to receive the Comfyzaks that I paid almost R8000 for.

I think it is a shame that we are importing corduroy - really??? Are you trying to tell me there is no corduroy fabric in South Africa???

Furthermore, how do you accept an order and take money on your website, while you do not have the product in stock and only then proceed to order corduroy fabric from abroad.

It really is a shame.
