Failure to Fulfil Customer Orders Despite Advertising – Urgent Investigation Required
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this supplier. I placed an order after seeing their advertising on various websites and Facebook, where the products were promoted as being among the best and most comfortable shoes available. At no stage during the ordering process was it clearly indicated that customers would have to wait an extended period for their orders, nor have I received adequate updates regarding the progress of my order. Having paid for an order, I believe it is reasonable to expect the supplier to honour its commitment to deliver within a reasonable and clearly communicated timeframe and to keep the customer properly informed if there are any delays. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been one of poor communication, a lack of meaningful updates and considerable uncer*****y about when my order will actually be delivered. I am posting this as a warning to potential future customers: please carefully investigate the supplier, delivery times and customer reviews before placing an order. Do not rely solely on the claims made in their advertising. I hope the supplier will take this complaint seriously, provide a clear explanation for the delay and fulfil my order without further unnecessary delay. As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to proper communication, transparency and delivery of the goods I purchased.

Comfy Shoes - You will not get your order or refunf
Comfy Steps is very active in advertising on Facebook and all social media and has a ton of reviews that seem suspicious if looked at on a deeper level. The actual experience is terrible. Everything looks professional until they have your money. Then it transpires they are not local but in China, with zero way of actually following up on your order and a no-refund option. It has now been months of obvious AI replies and blatant disregard without any delivery or refund. They are a very high-risk company to buy from, with dozens of online complaints and non-deliveries.

Comfysteps shoes a **** ?
Ordered and paid for Shoes 35 days ago - received the wrong size which was returned - with promises to send corrected size or refund - another 20 days on and 20 emails without response - suspect that this company has closed its doors or are ****mers . Don't trust them
