VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

<p>I Went on the website : www.comfy-couch.co.za (Pieter: ********** )</p> <p>The Name of the owner is Pieter, I downloaded the Price list and ordered a Couch, I got no response so i phone the guy and did an order over the phone, He told me that he will go and look if they have Stock of the one I requested for, and He never came back to me. I Phoned him Again he admit that he forgot about me and apologised for it, Then the process changed all of the sudden, But still I had no problem and Asked him to continue with the order, He then said they have no Stock and it will take between 13-15 days to manufacture, So i said its fine, It was supposed to be delivered before 31st of October 2016, Today is the 18th of November 2016, Still not any feedback and no reply to my Calls and messages. I personally think this is very bad service and extremely unprofessional, I will never prefer his service to anyone!!!</p> <p>Ruan Janse van Rensburg : ********** </p>
