They were right.

They were right We went to the shop and enquired about the different beds that they have, the assistant was very helpful and in informing us about the different beds they have and what their differences are. he was very detailed in his explanation as he highlighted the importance of one’s weight in relation to the bed and the effect this will or might have on the quality of bed in the long run, he was clearly well versed in his product.

After some deliberation, sitting on different beds and listening to the assistant’s advice we settled for a bed. The bed was different from our normal one which we had for some years now. We thought it’s best to try something different and we’re very comfortable with our choice.

The comfort continued in our house long after the sale until we weren’t comfortable anymore. The must something wrong with the bed or maybe we’ll adjust but after months and some weeks we were confident that there’s something wrong with the bed so we reached out to the store.

They calmly referred us to the manufacturer, the bed was collected and we were given a nice replacement. So we were adamant that there’s something faulty with the bed and might have been a bit pushy, ok maybe a bit more pushy. The store had explained the rules to us, the manufacturer found that there was nothing wrong with the bed and maybe it was a matter of preference.

The store’s rules are something along the lines of they don’t exchange beds on basis of personal preference but we insisted that there was something faulty with the bed. The facts told a different story.

The person assisting was very patient with us and kept explaining the rules over and over again. The store was also patient and gave us the option to keep the replacement bed which we got new and we loved. We were grateful for this offer and opted to pay the difference and keep the replacement bed.
