Comfy Beds Randvaal- awesome service.

On Christmas eve 2020 I bought a bed and it was delivered to me on the same day however I didn't realize that it was an incorrect delivery. I had purchased a bamboo queen size bed not the Hi tec Supreme, upon opening and testing the bed it was unpleasantly hard and due to the Christmas break they were closed. I then sent an email to explain the situation and to my delight the day before they opened 6th January Shaun contacted me, I narrated the story and without any run around he listened to me and changed a negative experience to a very positive experience. I got to exchange my bed to the correct one, it is so comfortable and I'm very impressed. Thank you Shaun and Peddington for service excellence.
