Comfy beds poor after sales

a Year ago my Bf purchased a bed king size xl less than 6 Months the bed started to make a dip down the middle. After I went to the store they couldn’t assist and said I need to mail head office, once I did a lady by the name Natalie Conradie WhatsApp me that she needs fotos ect. Another 6 months has passed and no one even bothered to assist further. There is always excuses and no one even offered to come and look at the bed.
