Comfy Beds Germiston - Service excellence

I would like to have all informed that I have received service nothing short of amazing from a gentleman by the name Silence at your Germiston Branch .

My wife and I landed in a situation where we were not going to have a bed to sleep on , on Wednesday night 19th of March .

I then reached out to Comfy beds on Friday the 14th late afternoon and spoke to Silence .Silence then advised me that the standard time for orders made up for the base we were looking for is 7 days as it is custom made . Silence said that even though he can not promise anything , he will do his absolute best to try and help us.

With no doubt in my mind , Silence went the extra mile and beyond .Today is the 19th and I have received delivery.

Being in the service industry myself I know how important customer care is , and keeping your customer informed is an absolute must.

I can not fault Silence and comfy beds , as they were in constant contact with me with frequent updates.

I will recommend comfy beds to anyone looking for excellent service , great products and a all in all wonderful experience .
