Worst accommodation i have ever booked!!

This is the worst accommodation that I have ever booked. There was hair in out sheets that wasn’t even ironed, it looked like someone slept in the bed before us. They are still building or something, there are building equipment everywhere and its just not neat!! So we overlooked all of this and thought that we were over reacting. So at about 23:30 when we were getting ready for bed. The entire Zoo came out in our room. There was a cricked, fish moth and a small ****roach. So i got super disgusted. There was a huge yellow stain on the duvet and holes in the sheets that i assume came from the fish moths. When my husband picked up his pillow a huge (but i mean huge, the biggest one me and my husband has ever seen, about 8cm long) ****roach fall out of the pillow case. It ran to the bathroom but was just to fast for me to take a foto. It ran behind the toilet an it was gone. So we just had enough and started packing our stuff. I would rather sleep in my car than at this place. The manager didn’t want to give back our money. When our friend talked to the manager she said that she can’t help for the insects and we are already booked in. We got accommodation at 00:30 with another place that made us feel so welcome even though it was in the middle of the night.
