(Un) COMFORT (able) guesthouse

Very dissatisfied,firstly the guest house is not as advertised. Basically it was a ongoing construction site (Nowhere anybody told us about it) Then there was the fact that the voice intercom system did not have sufficient airtime,resulting in us getting stuck outside the gate in the dark.We felt quite uneasy in the dangerous situation. When we finally did get to enter the guest house,after we started settling in discovered yellow stains on bedding,pillow case was torn,towel could remove the skin from your back,there was a kettle but no coffee,water or cup’s.The fridge in our room was switched off and had a fowl smell.There was a tv but could not be switched on due to the fact that the remote did not have batteries. All of the above we could still overcome,but in our other room we discovered a HUGE ****roach inside the pillow case,the bedding seemed ‘used’ and had even worse stains on. We tried to negotiate with the manager who only said that there was nothing she could do about the ****roaches and did not believe us about the stained bedding.She did offer us another room.But we declined the offer due to fact that it became clear the guest house had poor management,lack of customer support and they had a total disregard for customer satisfaction and above all disgusted with the ****roaches in the beds! We had to get new accommodation at 00:30 at night.Without any refund or any offer there off. The place is a mismanaged construction dump,we will never suggest this accommodation to anyone. This was the worst and most misleading accommodation that I have ever experienced. Definitely NOT recommend this place for anyone!
