Poor service at comfort guesthouse

Comfort guest house has a policy where they are supposed to active guests cellphone numbers on arrival so they can open the gate. I was stuck there for an hour trying to open the gate and their "24 hour" reception was closed. I missed my flight and I had no apology from the manager or the owner.

The place was also very untidy and they don't even provide basic amenities that guest houses provide. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
