Comfort Guest House poor service

Most pathetic service ever. After confirming my booking we arrived with no booking made. Then Margaret makes as if she doesn't know who I am. Asking me also several times when making the reservation that it must be paid cash but there was customers paying by eft as per the guest list. Will NOT recommend this guest house at all.
