Shabby workmanship NO quality

Dear Consumer, <br> Please think twice before you make a purchase from Comfee Lounge. Order placed 10 Nov 2014 - Received 25 February 2015. Price paid R43475. I called the office once we had put it together to let them know that it does not fit together properly and there are a number of floors on it. Comfee Lounge promised to collect. No collection done. Same guy that delivered came to inspect. Wrote a report which was submitted to them. Comfee called to advise they are waiting for a loan suite. Today 24 March 2015 we noticed the chairs are tearing not only at the leather but also at the material that covers the wood at the bottom. We have 3 chairs that have torn!<br> The leather quality is shocking!! I don't even think that goods from China are this bad. I scratched one chair with my nail accidently when unpacking it and my nails are short! Please Comfee come and take your rotton chairs away as we paid good money and certainly have not received our moneys worth. We don't want replacements! If these couches look like this after a month imagine what they would look like after a couple of years!!! Asked to speak to senior management to NO avail!!
