No lounge suite for Christmas. Pathetic Service!!!

I purchased a lounge suite on 7 November with confirmation from Liza that the suite will be delivered to me in 3-4 weeks. I was patient. After calling Liza 3 times without returning my call, I finally got hold of a on a 4th call. She confirmed delivery on 11 December. I had to make arrangements and even take off work to accommodate this delivery. This did not happen. Nobody from the Furniture Factory Outlet even bothered to call me to tell me there is a delay. Now I am without a lounge suite as I made arrangements to donate my old suite based on supposed delivery date. This service in pathetic. Can I please get my lounge suite or a refund? I cannot wait longer for empty promises.
