I WANT MY REFUND , YOU ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I think it was around the 6th Oct '19 when I purchased a king size headboard with two pedestals from Comfee ruimsig. I was lucky to have the pedastals delivered the same day . I was told that I'd get my headboard between 4-6 weeks and to this day I've not received it . I've been making numerous phone calls which cost me , I've even driven there and was told they'd follow up with the manufacturer. Question would how be , why didn't they do that on the first place . I have been dealing with a certain Lisa throughout this whole ordeal and she seems very ***********. At this point I want them to come collect their side tables and refund me back my money which I paid upfront. They dont seem to know what they are doing.
