DO NOT BUY - 12 weeks later still waiting for delivery

<p>I ordered an expensive couch (38k) from this company. I have fully paid for it and was told it would take 4-6 weeks after paying for it. I am in my 11/12th week after full payment and nothing has been delivered. Every single **** week I find myself being the one who has to call them to ask what the progress is and every single **** time I am told that the couch will be delivered in the following week. Nothing has been delivered. I am appauled by their service and would urge people to run and not purchase anything from them. Their service stinks and for people that pride themselves as a premium brand, they have done an awful job. I regret having placed this order and could've gotten better service with their competitors as they seem like they are thriving. I am even s****ing to question what the quality of these **** couches will be having read the previous reviews. All i want now is my money bac****!</p>
