Comfy Lounge *****

<p>Paid a deposit of R 9000.00 for a R 29,000.00 lounge suite in Jan 2016 at Comfy Lounge and was told to wait three weeks for my delivery.</p> <p>After 5 weeks we had still not heard from them. After we called the them they had no idea where the suite was and when it would arrive. This continued for a few weeks. After mentioning that we had sold our old lounge suite and had nothing to sit on they gave us a loan suite after waiting a few more weeks.</p> <p>The suite eventually arrived 5 months later and they simply wanted payment !! I told them that I refused to pay for something that was so late. After much rudeness and unprofeesional conduct they simply invoiced me for the **** loan suite which they gave me. Having read the other comments on Hello Peter it seems I am not the only one that was taken for a ride. It seems that they lie about the delivery to get your deposit or full payment as some people have mentioned and then only start the manufacturing process. I have reported this to the NCC and consumer goods protection guys but it seems they cannot do anything about the matter as the gave me a loan suite.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please becareful when dealing with these people.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p>
