BAD SERVICE

Just a little over 6 months ago I ordered occasional chairs from Comfee Lounge Boksburg. I did not like their fabrics so they told me to bring my own, which I did. I was told it would take 5 weeks, but that did not happen. Eventually they call me, but to tell me that they have covered the wrong chairs but asked if they can deliver those chairs in the mean time, for the inconvenience caused, so I agreed. They then tell me they are going to source the material and cover the right ones. The material seems to be out of stock, so now Chamdor are ordering and its on back order. This year they phone me to tell me that they cannot get the material so I can have the chairs for R3000 (never mind the R2000 I have already paid for fabric). So now I must sit with the cheaper chairs that I didn't want and still pay R3000. Those chairs cost R2500 in the store so they wouldn't loose anything, but they made it seem like they are already making a loss. I said I do not want the chairs, but because I like the material I would offer them R2000, they declined. Now they want to collect the chairs and afterwards they will refund me. They must really think i'm an idiot. What great service... NOT!
