additional charge

On the 20th of November 2013 I paid R20 000.00 on a lounge suit and wall unit at Comfee Lounge Boksburg, due to financial problems I paid the balance of R10990.00 on the 1st of September 2015 there after I was informed by the company that an additional charge of R2000.00 had been added, I then contacted Comfee Lounge and asked for my money back of which they said a fee of R4650.00 would be taken off initial purchase price, the reason for the R2000.00 charge was the material <br> I originally ordered was dis continued as well as a lay by fee. I was not informed of any cancelation or lay by fees on the initial purchase and thus feel very unhappy by the service of Comfee Lounge. My biggest concern is a storage fee has been charged, my question is what about the interest earned on the R20000.00 deposit? and how do they charge storage fee on a lounge suit that has not been manufactured. In contacting the manager at head office I asked her is this the way they treat all their costumers the answer to me was no.<br> I feel caught between a rock and a hard place.
