ABSOLUTE BAD SERVICE

After having paid cash for a very expensive lounge suite at Comfee Lounge I realised that the the two seater out of the the lounge suite was not really a two seater but actually two one seaters that were joined together. I've had numerous interactions with the sales person at Comfee (Nicole) with no success in getting the matter sorted out. It's since been escalated to the manager (Angelique), I still have had no constructive feedback from Comfee Lounge, instead I was told that the range is discontinued. Personally I don't care, it's either it gets sorted out or they must come get their couches and give me back my money cause it was definitely not small change and I paid cash!! Definitely the worst service ever!
