1 year 2 repairs still not right

<p>We bought our lounge suite March 2016 we had to send it back for repairs 6 months later waited for it to come back for almost 2 months not even 6 months later it broke AGAIN we had to send it back telling them we want our money back or a new set but instead they said they will repair and wont charge us but we were not happy sitting without a lounge suite for another 2-3 months so they offered a loan suite, the suite they brought us was soooo old and ugly the lady working for me and my 2 year old son said the smell is toooo BAD so I send the set back sitting with ONE double couch for a family of 4 once again almost 3 months. May I add Still not fixed as they were waiting for parts as their parts are not from here ........... Not even a week later the other couch did the same, the tripple couch is loose on the one side so sitting on that seat feels like a rocking chair. We contacted comfee lounge AGAIN and asked for our money back AGAIN and their answer to us was sorry we can only come and collect the couch AGAIN and try and fix it AGAIN but this time on OUR expense. REALLLLLY!!!!!!!!!! My mother had a lounge suite she bought when I was still in school (1999) and that was the lounge suite we used just before we SAVED to buy something more fashionable ..... unfortunatly comfee lounge had the suite that we were looking for at that stage. Their customer care at head office is completely up to sh*t as the managers are ALWAYS on leave or they will just ignore the customer. Getting their staff to reply on emails or make excuses on the phone.</p>
