Very very bad after sales service

We have bought on the 30/01/21 an camping kitchen unit and wanted to use it on our month long working holiday in East London i have asked the salesmen 3 times if the unit is complete and he answer yes we left the 31/01/21 to East London . On our arrival we put up all our things ww found that our kitchen unit were not complete only the frame work no cubboards i phone and send messages to the salesman and he promise to send the cubboards down to East Londen and after various phone calls and emails they said they will refund me. Wr are away from home without cupboard space for now 2 weeks and he is ducking and diving us i am 900 km from them without the my cubboards what stand us to do very dissappointed in these people and he refuse to give me the owners phone number
