Do not ever buy a caravan from these idiots

Phoned them up, got finance (R260 000) on a caravan and was told to wait for an invoice for the caravan as the deal was done. I offered to pay a holding deposit and was told that the caravan would not sell over the Easter weekend so no sweat and that an invoice will be sent to me after Easter. A week later I am told today that the caravan was sold even before I phoned the salesman (Marius) and someone had already left a holding deposit on the caravan. Sorry but nothing they can do. Pathetic service by a pathetic business. Great communication between the 4 salesmen they have on the floor!!!!!! I thought sales meetings were held daily and deals dicussed at these so all were informed and no deals lost. Never use these clowns again.
