what service should be

I have bought a Keyboard from a completely different supplier 2 years back, recently i had an issue with a membrane on the keyboard and the supplier could not help me, not even to advise if there was someone else that could be of assistance, i went onto the manufacturer site and found the South African supplier Comet aviation supplies listed. i quickly called in the hopes that someone would be of some help to repair my R 4500 computer gaming keyboard!
