Good day, Last experience with Mrs van Aswegen of the company was bad really bad. She does not have any manner. Last month my mother passed and I had to pay for the funeral. She forced me to pay R2000, what we did. Then she sends a whats app stating we need to pay R600 a month on our account I did try and negotiate for R300 a month because that amount we can really not afford. Never the less she calls you every week and that increase your amount with them the intrest get so high that you will never finish with you capital Debt. And if you do not answer your phone when you are busy at work she just takes it all are ******* and treat you like one. Yes we do owe money and we are prepared to pay the money, but for her to be rude like she is and for her to swear is not fair. I then did send and email to her Management and since did not receive feedback, regarding my complain. I was just told she does not want anything from me she is proceeding with summons and then still laugh and say you in any case are summonsed and blacklisted. Guys please be careful and get your file moved before dealing with her she is very rude and no compassion for any one.
