Absa referred a property purchase to these attorneys. After 3 months of sending all relevant documents the proceed to lodge has still not been granted due to the conveyancing secretary sitting on her hands and not inquiring after several failures to proceed but not following up until forced to do so by the client. Only to blame the system! The system is only as good as the person using it! Not in 25 years of property buying and selling have had to endure this level of incompetence. To say nothing of the disinterest of management at the firm. Pathetic. I suggest Absa temove them from their panel asap.
