Unfair dismissal

I am posting this on behalf of my aunt.In 2017 at the end of August she was told that this company "Combined Marketing Services(Pty) Ltd-18th Floor Bedford Centre , Smith Street, Bedfordview, 2007" is closing down and she would have to retire.When she tried to go claim UIF she found that her employee number is still in use and the company never closed down. She wasn't paid her salary for that specific month as well and her pension payout to date. Instead she is being given a run around for her money when she goes to claim it. Her supervisors name at the time was Peter Anderson. The owner of the company does not take their calls anymore(not the only one trying to claim her payout). Please advise me on what other steps she can take to take to ensure that she is fully compensated.
