Product picture does not match the products.

I bought a dark grey watch strap and received a light grey strap. I raised the issue and the company said that they may have misrepresented their product. They did offer to replace it if I have not worn it. I did however wear it once or twice. So I am stuck with a strap that I do not want. They also did not offer any other solution to this problem. Please beware when buying the dark strap, rather buy the black strap as they misrepresent what they are selling. The light grey strap is of good quality.
