UNEXPLAINED BILLING

My Account was in arrears of R4500,00 which i have been unable to pay as agreed towards the end of June but contributed an amount of R4000,00.My understanding is that the charges for not adhering to the agreement would be based on the on the oustanding amount of R500,00.<br> My monthly installment is R2890,00 and at the end of June i then paid R3400,00 in hope of bringing my account up to date.To my surpise,i was told my account was still in arrears with an amount of R289,00 which i persistetly asked the expalnation for without any succes.I sent a lot emails for eexplanation but with no success.<br> <br> I am just asking for the break down of this and how many percent do they charge on the arrears of R500,00 and according to my understanding R289,00 is a ******* because it can't be correct that i got charged interests of more than 50% in a month!?
