UNprofessional colourtech Holdings!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable service from this company. I’ve paid and ordered 3 weeks ago & with no communication from their side,I had to email to check up on my order and was told on Thursday,that it will be sent out on Friday. Today is Monday,I emailed to request for a tracking number and then was told that they had “overload of courier” and didn’t send it out. I’ve spoke to a guy named Roy,and he says that they will only have it delivered Tuesday morning at 10:00. Now my kids institute has already started classes and because of their delay,he will miss 2 days of lessons. They have an entire day to make a plan to get my order to me and they will make no extra effort. For a customer as myself who has paid them thousands of rands,you don’t expect that from any company! I will definitely find myself another company to work with in the future & make their terrible business ethics known to my friends and family,as this is absolutely unprofessional no matter what their business claims to stand for!
