Colourpop worst customer service after sales

Sad to say no matter how much I love Colourpop products, I will unfortunately not be purchasing from this brand again. The product in itself is amazing and the price as well however when it comes to customer service they have the worst system ever. Third time buying and it is always the same issue, it seems all they care about is that you purchase their products and that's about it whether it gets delivered does not seem to be something they particularly care about. The tracking system is useless and not up to date and when you enquire about the progress with regardless to the shipping of your package you get inconsistent and most of the time unhelpful response. Rephrasing what I emailed you about will not change the fact that you experience enormous delays in your delivery system. Yes I understand customs and posting are not within your control but it is very unprofessional to disregard your clients' concerns altogether. Big no no for the future !
