The staff is rude
I've been to this place a bunch of times, but only because they have a monopoly on copying in the area. The staff is rude, machines are always broken, it's expensive, and they have never gotten an order completely right. Fail.

Please can you send me more details of the issues you had.
If one off my staff was rude to you then please let me who they are so I can take the necessary procedure to make sure that it does not happen again.
I have over the past 4 years invested in new machines but the nature of printing is that from time to time machines need maintenance.
