Makes No Sense!!!

I called Colour Domain to inquire about pricing. I said that I was interested in having a small logo custom screen printed on t-shirts and would just like a ballpark guide to how much this might cost. The man that I spoke with seemed angered by my inquiry and said he did not like to give any pricing range. I said that I knew I would be looking to screen print a small logo with two colors on the front of a small quantity of t-shirts, and I asked if there was any other info that I could provide to help him give me a broad estimate. He said to me, "You want broad pricing that makes no sense." Then he hung up on me.
