Bad customer service

<p>I walked in at 11:30 to ask for 3 haircuts. Lady told me to please come back at 12. I told her to please make sure it was for all three and she said no problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>We came back at 12 and they cut my sons hair, my Mom's hair and when my husband went to sit he was told Sorry you not booked you have to wait for some walk in client to finish. When I said but we booked for all three I was given a blank stare. </p> <p> </p> <p>This level of customer service is exactly why businesses do not last. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking </p>
