Worst customer care

<p>"Fixed" my Epson br replacing my print head and attemted to replace the main board. Since then my take up rollers has not been working and evertime there "Technicians" arrive they just say that they did not work on it....but they are connected to the MAIN board which they attemted very poorly to replace. </p> <p>Don't ever use these guys....terrible customer service bordering on non-exisitent!</p>
