Still waiting for goods 2 months after paying for them

Exatly 2 months ago we ordered an ink from Colour Corporate. To date we do not have the ink, an eta or any explanation.

We have emailed and called but their standard response is we will check it out and get back to you. But they never do.

The latest was an email from Simoné Johnson (Consumables/Technical) on the 16th of august.

In response to me asking if they have an ink, she said: ========================================

Good afternoon Quintin, We currently have one of the below inks on back order for you. I have done a follow up and will advise soonest. Please note that all next day deliveries need to be placed before 15:30, if not it will be delivered the following day. Kind regards, Simoné Johnson Consumables/Technical
