Rudeness to the core from a shop attendant

By the time I parked the car in the mall adjacent to it and walked to the entrance it was already 8:10 so I expected the shop to be opened but it was shut. My mother and I waited till 8:15 when this middle aged Indian male drives to the shop. We are waiting outside the door and he doesn't even acknowledge us, walking past like we are not even there and opens the shop. We follow him into the shop and he is behind the counter talking to staff. We are standing right in front of the counter and he ignores us, its as if we are not there. The indian guy then goes to the back and we are left standing still unattended. I then ask if anyone can assist us, we have been waiting outside for 15 minutes and now everyone is not even attending to us. The indian guy then comes to us already an irritated expression on his face and says he just came now what must he do. I then remind him of the business hours per the sign outside. He then says we should have asked him what happened in the most flippant, rude and dismissive tone. This business is run by a rude idiot who needs lessons on customer service. I for one will never go back there because the whole staff cares nothing for customers.
