Poor Service and Incompetence

We contracted this company to do a coloured cement floor in 57 Sqm Granny flat.<br> Not only has this job dragged out for 2 months but the also did not deliver the product we asked for and want to accept it as is or pay more for them to fix their mistake.<br> I Have Communicated Regularly with them and sent them the Photos of what we required and their substandard result.
