Colour Canvas worst service ever!

I ordered canvas prints November 2014 and haven't received anything up to 12 February 2015. They are responding to my mails since December telling me my order is on it's way. I also paid for a courier and the last email I received, they provided me with an invalid SAPO tracking number.
