Unreasonable admin fees

I paid R17000 for my car to be repaired, later I cancelled and I was charged R750 administration fees, I had no problem being charged fees but I had problem with the amount, when I asked for clarity, i was ignored. Sent email to admin and to the owner (Chris) Nothing.
