Pathtic Poor service from Manager

Pathetic service I received from you Hotel.<br> <br> I called in this morning and spoke to Goewin who confirmed booking for tomorrow morning breakfast buffet for two people.<br> <br> Now I receive a call from a pathetic, unfriendly Goewin who just told me the hotel is fully booked as there are functions and groups coming in, as if I care whos attending tomorrow?? who's problem is it that there are groups coming inn, Goewin confirmed booking therefore I insist you make space for two people for tomorrow morning.<br> <br> A colleague of mine recommended your hotel judging from the service I just received, I wonder how's your hotel service.<br> <br> I want someone higher than Sparrow to call me ,someone who has better customer service and better communication.<br> <br> Tomorrow is my birthday .<br>
