These guys will gladly accept your business and payment upfront and should there be damages caused to your property in the process, dodge and weave to avoid blame. I dropped a couch cover of ours with them and when we collected it, it had massive tears in the lining as well as the actual cover's material (a sturdy sort of bull denim).

When I raised it with them, theirs was the usual response you would expect from a ***** dealer - to try and push the blame on the customer for 'not understanding the risks' (which they neglect to explain).

Rude and ****py customer service which in turn infuriated me and my wife. Owner named Kevin asked me and to quote "..so what do you want me to do about it..?'' I told him how about I take it to a tailor to have it repaired and send you the bill? Kevin's response: "I have a R100 here for you, come get it if you want it, I'm not doing EFT's"

This guy is something special!

If you take your car to the car wash and the dent it, would you not expect a repair and an apology? Well, not Kevin!
