UNRELIABLE SERVICE

I am very disappointed at the service from Coloredinhair Pty Ltd. I told them when I needed the wigs delivered and asked if they would be able to deliver it with that time frame. They set an expectation that my hair would surely be delivered before that.Thereafter I purchased. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED IT. Their service to me showed to be unreliable. When raising my concern,they just blueticked my messages.
