Terrible colordinehair experience

I don't know where to start but what I can is becareful ordering weaves online, had a terrible experience. The owner of this colordinehair adversed a short pixie weave online worth R1200 I then gave a frnd who stays in Midrand to buy the pixie for me,my frnd gave the owner the R1200 to order my but she told her she had no stock n will do the wig. 2Weeks passed,the owner on the 3rd week said I mst increase the money to R1400 if I need a 3part weave, I increased with R200 little did I know she was trying to **** me on the 4th week, when my frnd when to take the wig she showed her a wig with a very poor material that looks like steel wool, when she sent me a photo on the 1st I declined cis it was terrible, she then sent me the worst blonde weave & I was very shocked of this behavior because you can't sell what you don't have, why put it online and try to rob ur clients. The wigs she showed me are the wigs u can get at dragon city for R150 not R1200. I asked my friend to fetch my R1400 cos everything was just terrible. She told my frnd she used my money can you believe that but my frnd did budge till she gave her R1000 and owed me R400 which my frnd had to fight for it now cos I want all my money. She didn't deliver what she said she has online so why keep my money. People are ******, how can you use a client's money when you know very well you don't have what the client ordered. I'm so disappointed😞
