Poor service and poor quality hair from Coloredinhairltd

I was reaped off by Coloredinhairltd yesterday 20/10/2021. The company does not prioritize customer satisfaction at all. You can just tell by their non response on this platform (Hello Peter) that they don't give a dam. They delivered a poor quality wig and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, there was no acknowledgement, response or apology for that matter ~ they just blue ticked my WhatsApp message. Their non existent customer service proves that they are covetous and have no regard for their customer's feelings. Be on the look out for this business guys as they will keep ******** vulnerable customers on Instagram handle @coloredinhair_ltd. The poor quality hair I received is far from the pictures posted in their Insta page and Website. I am utterly disgusted at their service.
