Poor Service Delivery

We have currently been waiting almost a year for our wedding album. We have been getting excuses for the last 6 months when we even get a response. We have tried to be civil but it is not worth it. Event photos were delayed but were good so I would recommend them for that. Any extra services I would not recommend at all.
