Be careful before using Colorburst Photography.

I am so frustrated with the owner of Colorburst Photography. We had a small wedding in Feb 2021 - I waited almost 2 months for not even 2 hours photography. I had to message the owner 4 separate times in 4 weeks - each time he said it would be ready in a few days, then I hear nothing until I message him again. We then had our big wedding April 2021. Waited 3 months for the photos, also not without struggle. The contract stated 6 - 8 weeks. After that passed, heard nothing, I had to message him. Promises made, received nothing. 2 weeks passed and I had to ask again. Then only 1/2 of it was sent, the other 1/2 was only sent 2 days afterwards. To this day we have still not received our wedding album which is included in the package. Owner also promised us a canvas because we had to wait so long - still waiting for album and canvas. Received an email to ask for delivery address, immediately rep****. Have not received anything up to today. Owner is not responding to my messages anymore. I won’t recommend them to anyone. Anyone who wants to question or challenge me on this statement, I will gladly provide all WhatsApp conversations.
