I saw an ad online to purchase Shoe storage boxes. I went to the site and completed what I thought was a shipping details form. Then I was sent to checkout where i was assured of free shipping and my item would be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. and paid. Next day I got an email from Ana telling me I had successfully subscribed and they would be deducting a fee on a regular basis. When I complained, I was told that there was no record of my order and there would be no refund paid. They are not responding to any further correspondence
